I'd be nervous about losing too much this close to the big day, what if your dress is too big, eep!

I'm 5'4 and 185 and I can usually wear their large, can you post the dress? There might be a similar dress from a different store that might work better

I'm with DoomSayer, I shop at Wegmans because they have steak and chicken individually sealed so I don't have to over cook. I've also become a huge fan of the Lean Cuisine chicken rolls!

I just posted a topic similar, a lot of people swear a planned "cheat day" works for them, some don't. Starting next week I'll be taking a Zumba class on Fridays so Friday will be my official "Cheat day", can you do something similar?

lmao, I did think of that, mine is a 28 but that's what laces are for lol!
