I love the Grilled Chicken Club, no mayo, cheese or bread....yum! Add some apples and a water, maybe a side salad....VERY reasonable!

Great job, OP! And you can do this too. I did! Oatmeal every morning, less cholesterol consumed overall (meat and dairy), fish oil capsules daily....my cholesterol dropped 60 POINTS in 4 months.... it CAN be done!

Love oatmeal! Some of my favorite combos: -banana, Pampered Chef Sweet Caramel Sprinkle, flaxseed -frozen blueberries and splenda -peaches, cinnamon and splenda -my sister's fave: PB, 1/2 packet sf cocoa mix -hubby's fave: flavored coffee creamer and frozen blueberries

I'll be 45 next Thursday and I have 2 girls ages 5 and 3. There are days when I FEEL like an 'older' mom and days when I feel much younger. MFP has definitely helped with my energy level. I've lost 29 pounds since last September and I feel great! Feel free to friend me:)
