  • Um..I would get a second opinion on that. At your current weight your BMI is a normal healthy 23.5. Weighing 90lbs would put your BMI at 18.2, which is under weight. I can't imagine a competent doctor would recommend that.
  • Have you used your rescue inhaler? Also, maybe talk to your doctor about your controller medication. Many people with asthma can exercise if their medication regimen keeps their symptoms under control. Maybe bike moderately instead of vigorously?

  • I have dated all kinds, so overall it depends on the individual. In general I have a preference for bigger. Maybe it's because I'm tall/bigger myself.
