Good luck to you. I am almost 40 and I found I had to reset my metabolism from years of being unhealthy. I feel better now than I did in my 20s.

Have you done your measurements? Look at those when the scale is stuck. I did a really strict week and didn't really lose, but when I measured I had lost 7 inches.

I went to a new store where they buy clothing and got me a pair of capris to get me through the summer. I am going to have to do it again cuz none of my winter clothes fit.

If you have a good protein shake to lay down lean muscle, you can lose quicker. If it is loaded with amino acids then the skin will shrink down as you go. My friend went for 263 to 131 and she doesnt have any saggy skin.

That is how I was. I had to go really stricked and cut out most grains and Definately no white flour and no sugar.

Sometimes when you do that it takes your body about 3 days. If I do that I don't get anywhere.

As you clear you system from the unhealthy stuff, your body will actually crave good things.

I decided to try no sugar for 30 days. Once you get it out of your system the cravings will stop. It is still hard to pass it up when it is there. I'm not very good at just a little so none works better.

You need breakfast to get your metabolism going. I never ate breakfast either, but now I just do a quick protein shake. I get all the nutrients I need and I feel amazing!

I agree. I keep my calories at 1200 and don't add any for my exercise. That is probably ok if you are maintaining but not if you are trying to lose.

I believe cleansing is really important. When you cleanse the toxins then your body will release the fat cells. It is the missing link in weight loss.
