I had it terribly bad several years ago. Tape etc also, helped, but not enough. My podiatrist then made orthotics for me (from molds of my feet). Ok, between 75-110 cruches today (done through the day), LOTS of water--probably 16 or more I've gained weight, and not taken my measurements. But I'm here for the long haul. Hopefully loosing weight, fat, and getting to feel better. I see new members. I welcome you also. We're here to support each other.:happy:

this is probably an odd question, but is there a way to do crunches with out laying down? I have pretty severe vertigo problems (although not as bad as it has been, thank You, L___).
