I would do Zumba as dance. Kettlebells - I created my own exercise and put them in as burning 20 cal/minute like the studies say, or I have seen people log them as circuit training. Good luck!

I never introduced myself, oops! My name is Hayley, I'm 25, currently weigh 180 and hoping to get down to 130ish. I've been doing kettlebells for about 7 months, 2-3 times per week. I started out with a 15# and a Lauren Brooke's DVD, and currently am using a 30# and my own routine. Feel free to friend me :)

I don't use them, but my mom does as part of her routine and says they've really helped with flexibility and movement. I've heard them called " Indian Clubs" before, so I had to look up club bells. The set my mom has is on Dragondoor for $60 with a DVD.

Here's the routine I made up after doing a Lauren Brooks DVD for about a month. Using it, I have progressed from using a 15lb to a 25lb for everything except for the snatches (using a 20lb for those). Feel free to critique... I still have a long way to go, but I'd like to do the RKC and Iron Maiden in a few years after…
