omg lol i hate cardio to pieces. but my body responds real well to strength training...to each his own right. im sure the cardio workouts like that one burn more calories though

i put the following in greek yogurt: dill lemon juice minced garlic cayenne pepper black pepper and leave it to sit while i bake chicken usually, then dip that in the yogurt. vegis could obviously be used too.

hey, I'm 24, live in Seattle though. You can always email me or something if you needed. I'm just starting too. I'm 5'7", 158 lbs. 31% body fat. In general I'd like to be around 140 lbs, or 25% bf as my first goal. But I'm just doing p90x and seeing how I can keep up with all these changes.

I don't think you're eating enough (my guess) because all of what you listed is like 1.5 of my meals Lol. You're probably losing at a deficit regardless, but it doesn't seem healthy. You would definitely not get all your nutrients nor your calories from such a meal plan. After you stop p90x, you will likely gain it all…
