Maybe someone at UPS headquarters might be able to produce a calorie chart for that kind of work. Its a big company and I would not be surprised in the personnel department for a health initiative for its workers UPS might have something like that.

It took me a while to get up to 1200 calories and I was surprised I was under. We have some healthy foods at the school I work at so I will sometimes get the school lunch. But i find it best (and more relaxing) to bring my lunch. Good luck to you too! Keeping a daily record is a great way to develop life long habits. I used them in other aeas well but never in my diet. Duh, takes me awhile to figure out things.... I have a 65lb goal. It will be a long road but with diet AND exercise it is possible one step & bite at a time.
