  • Good luck to you too! Keeping a daily record is a great way to develop life long habits. I used them in other aeas well but never in my diet. Duh, takes me awhile to figure out things.... I have a 65lb goal. It will be a long road but with diet AND exercise it is possible one step & bite at a time.
