@Colorfag great loss so far Congratz!!! Being single makes losing weight much easier IMO^ focusing on myself and doing what makes me happy is a great help in my weight loss journey! but i will also say it is nice to have extra support on your side when losing weight but is not needed!

I just managed to lose exactly 10 pounds! wasn't sure i would make it but did :) i hope the group continues on i would love to go for it again as i still have so much to lose! (Starting 250.8 current 240.8) awesome job to everyone who made it :)

Hi my name is Ann I'm 21 I've been over weight all my life and ready to commit to a permanent change I started losing weight in July 2011 and managed to lose a total of 55 pounds In 2011 I'm currently at 74 total pounds lost now and have 60 left to go.

I weigh in every saturday morning, i find that if i weigh more than once a week it discourages me because of weight fluctuation. Please feel free to add me if any of you are looking for support in your weight loss journey i know i could use it :).
