  • If you really like ranch, go for the fat free kind. I don't really make homemade ones because I don't know how long they can last in the fridge, but Kozlowski Farms sells oil free dressings that aren't creamy, but super delicious . I also love Annie's Natural Raspberry Vinaigrette. I like zesty italian dressing from Kraft…
  • Lol...we learn new things everyday now don't we? :)
  • Maybe she'll like chocolate almond milk. I really enjoy it. I also like light chocolate soy milk but not regular soy milk with syrup
  • Red lobster has a bunch of healthy options.
  • Zumba has a 2 player option. I have both games. Just dance 2 is more for fun/enjoyment and zumba, I would say is boring as a game but as a workout, its super fun!
  • I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM ,I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM ,I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM ,I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM ,I LOVE THEM , I LOVE THEM . Which sucks because they're expensive. Nutrition wise I think they're ok.

  • I love flat outs or la tortilla factory high fiber low carb tortillas. Both are pretty low in calories 80-90 and have fiber and protein.

  • I confess that I'd rather have a food scale than a phone... is that good or bad?
  • i'm not trying to have a baby nor am I trying to lose weight. I'm actually recovering from an eating disorder which disrupted my menstrual cycle. I have to reach a healthy weight so that I can get my period again. I haven't had it since August and I'm so scared of not being able to have children in the future. I understand…

  • Pretty much everything you order at restaurants is loaded with sodium. That being said, I would just order anything on the 550 calorie menu and just drink tons of water and eat high potassium foods.
  • Chicken Gratella w/o Grill Baste is 330 cals. I'd stay away from cheesy things. You can always have a soup and salad (without full fat dressing)

  • I know that sugar is sugar and that it affects the body in the same way, but I don't mind going over my sugar allowance as long as the sugar comes from clean foods like fruits and veges. I used to drink regular milk and didn't mind the sugar but then I found unsweetened almond milk which has no sugar.
  • beans are great sources of iron, dried fruit (especially prunes), I heard that eating foods that are high in Vitamin C help with the absorption of iron
  • try unsweetened vanilla almond milk it has no sugar
  • sara lee 45 calorie bread, la tortilla factory high fiber low carb tortillas, guiltless gourmet chips, better 'n peanut butter, tofu shirataki noodles.
  • I would try to stay away from honey. Its basically all sugar. Also, try choosing a cereal that doesn't have so much sugar. I wouldn't really go for the granola bar unless you know that its going to fill you. I think that if you don't have it, you may end up eating other non sugary things with higher calories
  • Thanks everyone. I eat more protein than fat. And I'm still always over on protein. I also don't need to lose weight. So I'll take all of your recommendations into consideration.

  • I just bought it and used it yesterday for the first time. I really enjoyed it, it got me sweating and was a pretty good workout. If you're looking for a game, it might not be fun, but if you're looking for something thats similar to the real live thing, then yes, buy it!

  • It does have a tart/sourish taste, but I sweeten it up with Splenda. Some people used fruit preserves or honey to take away that taste.
  • I feel like its a lose-lose situation. Too much sodium is bad, yet controlling sodium can lead to deprivation of calories. I disregard sodium now because I felt like it limited me. I just try to drink A LOT of water and eat foods high in potasium to counteract the effects of too much sodium.
