I'm in! I am a chronic late night snacker so I am hoping this will help me :smile:. I also go to sleep late so my cutt off will be 9:30 p.m except for weekends and special occasions which will then be 11:30PM.

Hi :smile: Amanda welcome back. I also joined MFP a while back and came back and started commiting to it and I lost 13 pounds but then I fell of the wagon but today I am starting again. It does work you just have to keep doing it. Wish you the best of luck, you can do it! :flowerforyou:

It was muscle soreness, I took an Advil and the pain is lessening everyday. Thanks everyone.

I haven't exercised in a long while ..the other day I walked in place for 5 minutes and then did 3 sets of moves: 10 reps of "Wall Squats" , 15 reps of "Pli'e Squats and 10 reps of Toe-Touch Lounge with 5 pound weights" ..after this my legs where a little sore but yesterday I woke up with really bad pain in my thigh…

Anyone recommend any good exercise Dvds, routines, programs for beginners? I have never exercised before but I would like to start. I was thinking of buying a treadmill but I am not sure. What do you recommend for beginners like me?

Have you tried eating bars? Like granola bars? Maybe you are exercising to much.

So drinking fruit juice is bad? Even though it says 'no added sugar' like Juicy Juice or Welch's? I can never get my daily intake of fruits so I have been drinking fruit 100% fruit juice.

I also heard 2 oz raw is 1 cup cooked and that is what I have been using.

I am getting less motivated everyday. :frown: I don't even feel like putting in the food I eat anymore. It's become such a chore. Congratulations :drinker: ! I only have one more pound to go and I am so excited. It's been about 7 years since I was in the 100's. I can't wait. Hey why don't you donate your old clothes instead of throwing them away? Someone else could benefit from them. Just a thought. :smile:
