My original starting weight was 210. My current weight is 168. My goal weight is 150. So...I'm going to try for 150 in this challenge. That's about a pound a week. I think I can do it if I stick to it, but I'm nervous about the "last five pounds" being a part of this challenge. That's always the worst!!

My SO and I used to weigh exactly the same amount. Thing is...he's about eight inches taller than me! >.< I weigh less than him now, but he's gotten excited about my health-and-exercise kick and has started working out again. He won't catch me, though!

A bowl of high fiber cereal (70 calories for 1/2 cup) with almond milk (20 calories for 1/2 cup). Super filling, and for some reason putting together cereal feels like "cooking" or "making food", not just opening a bag :)

Hello! I'm a new MFP person, and an old biker. I live in MN and do a lot of road biking in the summer. There are three tours I'm planning on doing this summer (all between 20-50 miles), and lots of just tooling around the countryside. I'm glad to be here. :)
