I made this yesterday using a recipe from Allrecipes- fantastic! You only have 5 cans in your recipe though. You're missing the black beans! Makes a big difference and adds a ton of fiber!

I feel you! I have always watched what I ate and exercised but I can no longer eat the same amount as I get older. I have to cut my calories back significantly and amp up the exercise just to maintain!
