I'm on day 3 and it's going ok, No sugar or popcorn is the big issue for me. I purchased a box of Larabar minis today, the cashew cookie was really good. I don't know if I'd make it if I couldn't have sweet potatoes. I followed a Paleo diet for a month last year, the Whole 30 is slightly more limiting,
