vhuber you beat me to it. KathyAnn YOU CAN DO THIS. I know 18 miles might seem really really far right now but just take it one step at a time and you will be amazed how far you can go. :flowerforyou:0 -

@Speedy Hey, take care of your foot. :flowerforyou: You will run sooner if you don't rush it. (I know, I don't like to wait for my body to heal either but ....sometimes it has to be done. :flowerforyou: )
@Kakiem OUCH! I have hip pain and stiffness too from a childhood injury. :frown: I always feel so old when I'm hobbling around waiting for it to loosen up so I can walk normally. I hope the exercises work. :flowerforyou:
