they say you crave what you typically eat. I crave soda and chocolate. my two faves. I dont deprive myself if I need it. It can set you back some, but dont let it consume your life because you can certainly fall back if you do. I just say "one day at a time"

I find that I often eat the same things over and over. This so far has been working for me. I eat for breakfast, peanut butter on 100% whole wheat bread. Im 5'0. I weighed pre-pregnancy 95-98lbs. I dont think that I looked sickly, but I do think that it would depend on the shape of your body. I was a curvy 98lb. girl

i bought an inexpensive weight scale for food at walmart and I use that more than I thought I would. I highly recommend that because you get so many types of weights. more than just oz. or lbs.

Well, I weigh 143lbs. if I did that math it would be this: 143x12=1716-500=1216 for max and -500=716 for minimum. That isnt alot of calories for me. I would imagine that this is a good thing for her. I personally dont want to eat a inimum of 716 calories, but I do stay around the 1200 calorie intake for my weight…
