A couple of people have asked me if I was losing weight intentionally or if I was terminally ill.. and I was like.. yeap I have cancer.. nah.. I just count my calories and walk 7km everyday. lol. and their face :P

THIS!!! It took me more like 3 months to fit into a size 12 dress rather than a 14, but that's also because I wasn't strict with my diet. I walk 7km a day on a treadmill Monday to Friday and that's 21miles a week.. and I eat 1200 calories a day.. my BMI is currently 27.4 and I'm still steadily losing 2-3kg per month.

omg this is so heart warming. I'm also 5'3.. I started in February logging with MFP and started around 87kg.. and now I'm 71kg.. it's not easy and I'm glad you are nearly halfway to your goal.. You look amazing.. I don't look anywhere as good as you.. can you share what did you do to lose 14kg?

My Diary is open so feel free to take alook at it.. I eat about 1200-1500 calories a day :) and I'm not full.. but I'm never hungry for long :) If i'm hungry, I grab a snack to eat, but I've planned my meals to make sure I don't get hungry too quickly.. It's a routine, and it's been working for the past 3 weeks :)

15kg in 2 months sounds way too fast, not to mention, you're not extremely obese... I took 4 months to lose 13kg...

a good and healthy breakfast.. I brisk walk 8km in morning at 630am before work which starts at 830am.. and sometimes I get the feeling you're talking about and I attribute it, to not having a substantial breakfast.

remind yourself that you would be so much happier reaping the benefits of not eating the snacks, because it's so worth it to NOT eat it!
