We all lose weight from different areas first..........I know this may sound strange but I always lose weight or size from my arms and wrists .....I know I am losing weight because my watch strap has to be tightened up a couple of notches !

Great I managed to do it...............this picture is of course of me after 5 weeks of MFP and eating nothing but liver and cabbage !

My doctor offered them to me and I totally refused because the way I see it is I need to change my eating habits for life and not just keep eating the same rubbish but use a handy pill to stop a 3rd of the fat.................just eat correctly !

Ok I might as well have my three pence worth....... It is important to realise that most of these supplements are exactly as the name suggest a 'supplement'....if you eat healthly and the right food you will get all you need. Vitamin tablets are now under scrunity for causes cancers…

I go to the gym and work out.....then after I go in the sauna and jacuzzi and some times the steam room, but I take this as just relaxing time and talk to fellow gym users. Just go in for enjoyment but you dont count it as any form of weightloss/exercise. Hope this helps

I gave up smoking 5 weeks ago and started going to the gym and eating healthly...................let me put your mind at rest, I am getting fitter and losing weight........exercise and healthy food are a must. I am never hungry and eat more than I did before when I was smoking............I keep off bad carbs like refined…

Fasting means the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time......nothing to do with cleansing !

Ok this is going to upset a few people, the calorie counters on all Heart Rate Monitors are just a gimmick and not accurate, this is because everyone burns calories at different rates. I use a chocolate protein shake in between meals which really fills me up, but choose one with "NO CARBS" or "SUGARS".....!

If they are the old type Salter mechanical scales ...... if you lean back slightly they will say you weigh less and then lean forward and they will say more .......I would go with your weight watcher scales !

Start eating really healthy food and rid your self of high carb no motivation foods.....once you start to eat healthy vegetables etc you will find the rest of it will fall into place........its all in your mind !

Dont waste your money on a pedometer, they all give different readings.........just walk whether you take 5,000 steps of 10,000 it doesnt matter just increase the amount you walk.....what would you do say if you got to the magical figure of recommendation after two days, would you stop walking for the rest of the week…

You dont need any fancy powders, miracle pills etc etc....just buy some very good multi vitiman pills as your body is probably lacking at the moment due to previous bad food choices. Spend more time shopping for vegetables than spending your time looking at all the marketing hype for miracle powders...and drink plenty and…
