What would be a better idea is to try and use the same machine and use its…

The reason I have breakfast whether good or bad is because i need disipline in life....If I have a good sensible breakfast it fills me up and then i tend to choose foods later in the day by thinking what too eat and not just grabbing something that is near by..if that makes sense !

Thanks Ranger Steve, thats a bit over my head but general opinion is then that coconut oil is good...........which for my point of view is great as I like the taste of it and prefer it to corn based oils.

I would like to know at what point does your body go into starvation mode, MFP recommends that I have about 1950 Calories, I reduced it to 1800 calories because eating that much of heathy food I just couldnt do it and felt bloated....reducing it by 150 calories to 1800 does not make me feel tired or weak and I actually…

Advair and Albuterol are actually abused by athletes to enhance performance and lose weight ! Singulair however in some people does increase weight..... but as you are probably starting eat healthly now (or should be) I would not let it worry you to much

A good fat burn can also include putting your heart rate up then letting it come down again before you allow it to go up again... so believe it or not you are doing a good fat burn............just like walking for a few minutes then sprinting for a minute then walking again, so dont worry !

I am talking about the theory of eating back calorie's .......in other words she would not have to eat back 250 calories only 200 as she would have burnt 50 if she was to do nothing anyway...............you dont eat back your calories of ever hour you just sit do you..as MFP works it out for you So sorry but I was right !
-
Dont forget you actually burn calories sitting in front of a computer reading this...about 50 calories per hour I would guess in your case (but its only a guess). instead of sitting down if you were to do some exercise for a hour and use say 250 calories... you must deduct the 50 calories you would have burnt anyway by…
