  • - I agree. I was able to loose weight with MFP's goals, but now with fitbit, it adds more calories for my everyday walking and I've plateaued (sp?) I'm going to start ignoring the extra calories that fitbit adds to MFP and just stick with my original targets.

  • I'm trying to find out what kettlebell workouts burn. Several sources on the net say 900 calories for 45 min. - I have a hard time believing that but can't find any other info. Any info?
  • I only eat fast food a few times a year - when I'm in a pinch. I cut out fried foods completely (accept tortilla and vegetable chips - which I love) about 6 months ago.
