I guess so, I am interested in knowing more about my self, then hopefully that should help me understand what I can do to be healthier etc. I guess they will give me some advice but other advice from people who have worked to act on similar advice would be very helpful.

I haven't taken the skin off but will when I go to eat it, I'm likely to have a full breast with a portion of the vegetables. I'm not too sure what else to have with it, the stock will no doubt make a great soup. I might create a side leafy salad.

Thank you for the advice, to be honest, I don't tend to cook loads of the same stuff, this was more of an experiment of chucking what was in the fridge into the slow cooker.
