Morning guys,
I have booked my self in a FitLife assessment at lunch today at the works gym, apparently they measure things such as BMI, posture, blood pressue, cholesterol etc. Looking forward to getting the results but a little nervous to see where my body is at. I was hoping that if I put the results on here people could give me advice on what they mean on how to improve them?

I'd be interested to see what they include, but I expect they would tell you what everything means and give you some advice on how to improve things. It would be a waste of time giving you the results with no other assistance.0

I guess so, I am interested in knowing more about my self, then hopefully that should help me understand what I can do to be healthier etc. I guess they will give me some advice but other advice from people who have worked to act on similar advice would be very helpful.0

When I had one done they gave me the results there and then, but I got a detailed report via e-mail a couple of days later giving me advice and showing me the national average for women in my age group so I could gauge how good/bad/average I was. It was pretty good - and even better if you can have a follow up done in a few months so you can see how your lifestyle adjustments have helped your health. I'm glad I did it, I'm sure it will go well :-)0

The results are in are as follows;
Height - 178cm (5'10")
Weights - 77kg (170lbs)
BMI - 24.4
WHR - 0.78
Body fat % - 12.9
Other results where posted but everything came in as oaky which was positiove, such as my blood sugar, cholesterol etc.
I'm quite happy with that, hoping to get my body fat down to around 10% while maintaining a similar weight.0
