Awesome, thank you. I found this recipe where you blend frozen bananas with a teaspoon of instant coffee and a bit of dark chocolate to make "ice cream." I think I'll get some coffee and chocolate and give it a try!

Good to know. I'm good with eating the small amount of dairy I currently eat, I don't want to increase it. But now I know to be cautious when indulging in a dairy product! Thanks :)

I'll redo the calculator with lightly active. It's not that clear, because it defines the activity level by amount of time spent working out, which I don't purposefully do.

I'm in the same boat. Just stopped tracking religiously, bad habits and holidays crept in... gained 12 pounds and feel yucky. Thankfully I can still squeeze into my jeans, but it's borderline. It was time to stop and reverse :)

I'm 5'3", female, 32, mostly sedentary, so I think that's right. 1650-1520= 130, so if I were to eat at my GW TDEE, that would be a small deficit. UGW = ultimate goal weight

I'm just shy of 5'3", weigh 140, GW is 115. I put that I'm sedentary in the calculator. I don't currently exercise. I spend a lot of time sitting, driving. I try to take the stairs, and am active with my kids and the kids I work with.

Thank you :) Definitely was a big year! They were all things I've been talking about and planning to do. Now they're things I've done! My current TDEE is 1680. So I'm eating 1200 to have a decent deficit.

I started at 198 and my goal was 110 (I had been 110 previously). When I hit 128, I realized that I loved the way I looked. I'm holding steady at about 125 and this is perfect for me. I just need to be mentally ok with not weighing 110!

Why can't you exercise? I have 3 kids, am in grad school, and work out every day. There's a gym on campus.

The workouts you're doing will help you get healthy, but to get rid of the "flabbiness," you need to keep eating a calorie deficit and lower your body fat percentage. That is a bonus. I do feel bad for women whose breasts are so large they get in the way. A friend of mine years ago in high school woe a bra 24/7 because they would hurt if she didn't :/

Thanks for the reply :) I had been gradually upping my calories, and I was at losing .5/week for the last few weeks, so I'm only adding 250 calories. Using them wisely WILL be the hard part!! Thanks for all the advice. I set it to maintain (1680 at lightly active - sedentary gives me 1560 which just seems really low). I'm going to keep eating back my exercise cals, weigh in a month, and see where I'm at. My mind just needs to catch up! My mental image of my is 70 pounds heavier.
