Thanks for the reminder, I need to update mine :) I read somewhere (I think on Scooby's) that you're supposed to adjust your calories after every 5lbs of weight loss. I'd carry that over to the HRM too. Plus it'd be easy to make all your adjustments at once.

Last time I wore the dress I have on today, I wore a cardigan buttoned up on top to hide the fact it wasn't zipped all the way. Today? Zipped up all the way. The cardigan is only because it's cold in my office :)

Yurbuds :) They are excellent without having to deal with the ear hooks. I got a pair when they were recommended on here a couple months ago and everytime I've worn them, they haven't fallen out.

Not intentionally. I just haven't been eating them. The "healthier" bread (Ezekiel) was upsetting my stomach and I don't like most wheat breads. Pasta seems like a pain to make when I get home from work, as do potatoes. We've been eating brown rice though.
