  • And to those that haven't gotten there yet, keep going, do not quit! It is so worth it. This site really helped me get past a plateau (we all hit them) and that was awesome. I literally went for a couple weeks without losing a pound which was discouraging because I was working so hard. I took the advice I found on these…
  • Wow, I look at some of you folks and I am humbled, some of you losing even 100lbs or more! I only really needed to lose 20 (I started before I joined this site). • You need to do strength/resistance training to improve muscle tone. A protein powder also helps a lot to build muscle. I use AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60. It's kind of spendy but very effective. Since I started using it I am noticing definite improvement in my muscle tone and definition.

  • Good luck Anna! This site WILL help you. It has helped me tremendously. As soon as I figured out that losing weight was a pretty simple math problem it became pretty easy. Just stay motivated and keep you eye on the prize and don't give up!
