Thank you all for the replies, sorry it took my a while to get back to you! (Been so busy with uni fieldwork) I've decided that I'm going to aim for 140lbs (ish) but just see how I feel along the way! If it's too hard to maintain then I'll just have to deal with being a bit heavier, but I'm sure by that time a few lbs…

Yeah, I've lost 35lbs in the last 5 months so I'm proud of myself! Hopefully I'm about halfway! Thanks for the encouragement. :)

Went on a uni trip to Portugal and every time someone took a photo of/with me I was thinking 'please no', then when the photos went up on facebook I thought 'oh, I actually look much slimmer than I thought I would'.

I've been a vegetarian for over 5 years and I've always struggled to eat enough iron so I take "multivitamins and iron" just to make sure that I do get enough. :smile:

I've been making fruit smoothies! Bought some bags of mixed frozen fruit, put 80g in the blender with 150ml of skimmed milk and some honey. It's quick, easy, pretty cheap and tasty (and less than 150 calories).

Some days you went way over your calories, and some days you were scarily under your calories. One day you only ate about 400 calories? I would have thought that your body won't want to let go of your energy storage if what you're eating is all over the place like that. My suggestion would be to be more consistent with…
