Food represents love to a lot of people. Good for you for focusing on your goals when confronted with old routines :flowerforyou:

Cold cuts are loaded with sodium, so is cheese. Spaghetti sauce, ketchup, cereals are loaded with sugar. But, as Taso says its not a problem if your diet is well balanced and you have no medical issues causing you to want to track sugar and sodium. Personally I prefer the taste of low sodium cold cuts and soups and will…

Go, enjoy and try to stay conscious in order to muster up some self control. It's about enjoying life to the fullest and putting food into perspective even when surrounded by it. My secret is I take an inventory of the food served and try to decide where I'm spending calories. Then I implement the plan allowing…

Thanks for asking and having an open diary. You will want to eat 20 grams of fiber at minimum on most if not every day. Plenty of water too and consume whatever the calorie intact should be for your age, sex and size. If constipation is persistent issue see a doctor. Best of luck !

Weight loss isn't linear and the best advice is to eat enough but not too much, move a lot and lift heavy and most importantly keep at it. Do it day in and day out. Good days, not so good days just be persistent. This is what it takes.

Love, don't worry about non added sodium which you cant control anyway. I can suggest boars head low sodium cold cuts as absolutely delicious and can tell you that in our family we prefer the low sodium cold cuts taste as wayyyy better! True! Oh, and cheese too.

I recommend that you work with a doctor that you like and trust and one you can partner with towards achieving improved health. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

Distance yourself and maybe spend more time with your hubby who has proven to be a great influence. It's difficult but doable! Hopefully your friend will follow suit but you need to put yourself first in order to accomplish your goals! Good luck!

Word of advice is to add a short message when you send out a friend request. It is greatly appreciated by most people receiving it :flowerforyou:
