I like a short cardio warm up followed by strength and then full out cardio. That's my preference but I do it any way I can get my workouts in.

Google the restaurant and look at the nutrient and calorie info. If they don't have one look up a larger chain like Benihana and you'll get a good idea of the best choices of your favorite dishes. Enjoy!

Great source of healthy fat and fiber but calorie dense so long as you watch how much you eat then nuts are a good choice. Also non fat Greek yogurt, hummus, fruit especially berries. Some other low cal snacks are laughing cow cheeses, salsa and cottage cheese. Good luck!

I don't like dirty carts with napkins, tissues, litter in them. Why not clean out the carts between customers. It's nasty!

I always have the following at home: almond milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, nuts, chicken and either salsa or hummus but preferably both.
