I am 5'2 and 29 years and 152 lb and I have no idea what my body fat is. it also said on here my resting calorie rate is 1400 in 24 hour period hence why it advised 1200 for weight loss I have shared my diary ( I still keep some of my treats as I am working hard!) Hi all, I sometimes eat some of them back maybe up to 400 of them if i have burned off 900 I don't understand the acronyms like TDEE etc I am afraid? I weigh 152lbs and want to get to 132. I find it hard to find time to eat 1200 a day but I can't do any less exercise I am araid!

I have started to complete a charity swim, the english channel at my local pool, 22 miles in 12 weeks so I am doing this at the moment on top of my usual 2x pilates classes and 2x aqua aerobics classes.

I am exactly the same! I have an active job - working in a bar, someshifts i clock up 6 hours of constant walking up and down, plus my swimming of 1 hour clocking up 800 cals, so i am burning 1200 cals per day, my daily intake is 1200 anyway so i would have to eat 2400 cals everyday! there is no way i could eat all that or…

i don't get this either, my job in in a bar and sometimes work 8 hours straight. today was 6 hours of constant walking and i did aquacise for 45 mins too so a total calorie burn of over 1500 calories so my net intake today was only 225 calories? there is not enough hours in the day to then eat up to my 1000-1200 calorie…

I am very nervous about doing the swim, I find swimming very boring especially just oidng length up and down, then again I found running boring too but I managed it 2 years ago when i couldn't jog a step so here goes nothing! what fitness does everyone else do? i do aquacise, pilates, yoga, walking....
