ask for lunch portions everywhere OR split with your partner/family etc. only drink water avoid cream sauces, and anything with tortillas as the main ingredient

it's like when your body goes into "starvation mode" when you don't eat enough. your body retains the food you eat making it harder to lose. Water is the same, if you don't drink enough water your body will retain it, in order for it not to be retained you have to drink alot of it throughout the day.

I eat Wendy's Chili at least 4 times a week for lunch/dinner whatever... i've stayed in my calorie range and have lost weight. And i went to the doctor and am healthy, so yes you can. Im not sure the fries & hamburgers are always a good choice though...

depending on what type of yoga it is it should give you quite a workout. You should notice a change in your body in like the first 5 classes.

i have looked everywhere for a comparable product to the bodybugg, but i haven't found one... SO i bought a polar FT4 (about 90$) and it counts the calories you burn WHILE working out.. but not throughout the day like the bodybugg. but if you wore the chest strap all day... i gues it would do the same thing as BB but…
