Looking at my daily graphs it seems that my current ratio works out at around 60C/20P/20F Might try and reduce my carbs and increase my protein for the next few weeks, any tips on how to turn 20% Carbs into Protein?! Thanks guys!

Thanks guys, it's reassuring to know that you think I'm doing okay. I'm finding it pretty easy so far and haven't found myself being extra tired, in fact I feel as if I have more energy! Think I'll drink a lot of water today.....
