Hi everyone!
My name is Dale and I've been doing MFP for three weeks now and have lost 7.5lbs in that time! I have lost 30lb in total since starting my weight loss journey but still have a fair way to go! I do have a prett sparse news feed though so for encouragements sake I could do with a few more MFP friends! =D

I don't understand the Carbs and Protein talk....
I might be being a bit silly but I read through some threads here and people are always talking about Carbs and Protein but I don't quite get it. Is more protein better? Less carbs? Could somebody explain because it could possibly really help me out as I seem to have hit a plateu in my weight loss. My diary is also…

First five days...
So I've been doing MFP for five days now, I was just wondering if you guys could tell me if I'm going wrong anywhere or where I could improve in your opinion? My diary should be viewable, please ignore my obvious mistake on my first day, totally messed that up with my measurements :(
