I'm currently doing the 30 day shred and all you need for that are some hand weights (whatever weight is comfortable for you) and a mat if you will be working out on a hard surface. I don't know about P90x.

Just finished day 3 and I'm feeling GREAT! The soreness is much better today and I got through the workout easier too! YAY YAY YAY. This group has helped to motivate me alot. I couldn't wait to post after I finished and I love reading how everyone else is doing. Keep it up!! We Rock!

I completed D2L1 WOOHOO. I have to admit I took a rest day between days 1 and 2. I was so sore after the first day that I thought I couldn't get through it if I tried. I'm going to start today. I'm really excited to try it and I hope it helps with the weight loss! I have been loosing about 1 pound a week and although I know that's the healthy way to do it, I would still like to get more off that that! So here goes!
