  • I'd love to buddy up. Snacking is definately my downfall too, and with my work closed due to lockdown for 8 months there has been far too much boredom grazing. Hoping to loose 40lbs more, 11 gone so far (ideally by mid September when I have a family wedding although that's probably a bit ambitious!)
  • I am new here after several years off MFP and I can't claim I understand what's required, but I really want to be in!
  • I'm a bit late to the party but can I join you all? I find daily weigh ins is the only way to stay on track too.
  • Just found this challenge but excited to join! I was 20lbs lighter at the start of lockdown, clearly I rely on my very active job to keep my weight in check but now that's on hold/potentially no more I need to be more aware of what I eat. Challenge Starting Weight: 182.4 Challenge Level: Level 5 - 25lbs Challenge Goal…
  • Between Darlington and Middlesbrough here :)
  • Speak to your doctor, but breastfeeding and calories isn't an exact science. 'An extra 500' is a bit of a difficult statement as extra to what? It may still be too low for a strict diet like 1200 calories. Some women can eat what they want while breastfeeding and the weight drops off. Some women really struggle to lose…
  • Feel free to add me. I won't loose all my weight, or even 30lbs by my 30th as it's February 1st, but I am hoping to be at least 10lbs down by then as I can usually drop a bit extra the first few weeks. Looking to lose 44.4lbs after the birth of my second child to get back to where I was between babies.
  • I was on here after having both my children, and for some breastfeeding just doesn't burn away the fat like they claim it will. I actually gained weight while breastfeeding both of mine - I fed my son until he was 5 months and weighed more when I finished than I did the day I gave birth, despite having under 2000 calories…
  • Happy to join for motivation, I started on Saturday so today is day 3 - my legs are like lead, the idea of doing it today seems like madness at this point! Really hoping it can tone the flab on my sides and give me some slimmer thighs, or even better to get me off this damn plateau I've been on for 3 weeks now. To anyone…
  • Just start, waiting for March first is like all the people who say the diet starts monday, and then when they fall off the wagon by wednesday they wait for the next monday to start again. Unless you have a good reason to wait for march 1st (away at a conference for a few days, waiting on all clear after surgery) just get…
  • You can add me, I'm loosing to try to have a healthy pregnancy - my daughter was born 12 weeks early due to high blood pressure and I'd like to try for a sibling in a year or so and I've been told my best chance is to loose 2 1/2 stone - halfway there.
  • Hey hon, I'm 9 months pp, and loosing weight to try to combat high blood pressure as my daughter came at 28+0 due to severe pre-e. I'll be honest and say no matter what I did I couldn't shift 1lb until I stopped breast feeding, I'm not sure if this is just because until I stopped I was too tired to exercise properly, but…
  • You look great, well done on such a loss. Can I ask about the babies in your ticker? They're gorgeous. My daughter was born at 28+0 due to high bp and she's my motivation for this journey, I'd like a sibling for her one day and I want to do everything in my power to get that baby to term.
  • I'm in, fallen off the wagon the last few days as my daughter went into hospital, but I need not to loose focus now she's out. CW: 144 Christmas GW: 125lbs
  • Feel free to add me (and anyone else reading who would like some more friends to cheer them along)
  • I'll join you. I started it about 3 weeks ago but on day 2 I did some serious damage to my back from not having enough padding under it on the floor I think, and I struggled to even walk around the house for a week, then we went on holiday for another week. I started last year as well but fell pregnant 10 days in so…
  • I started today too. Knew I was out of shape but I kept up (except where the cat decided since I was lying down this was a green light to jump on my tummy!), and felt wobbly but pleased afterwards.
  • I'm a bit late as I started today, but can I join you all? First day has turned me into a jibbering wreak so I hope it gets easier.
  • Hi everyone, can I join you? Started 30DS today, I was pretty knackered after the warm up which isnt a good sign! Hoping to be a lot better by the middle of October.
  • Hi ladies, do you mind if I join you? Only just joined myfitnesspal, but my motivation for getting fit is to be able to have a healthy pregnancy one day, as I have a history of high blood pressure, and my mum was in hospital for 5 months when she had me with hers. Age: 26 Where you live: Cleveland, England Job: Planning…
  • Around here being a stud is a bloke who sleeps with a lot of women, nothing to do with physique!
  • Think I'm about day 10 here as well, I'll try to add you but if anyone else is looking for support please add me right back, I have my 8 RL friends added but always happy to make new virtual buddies x
