Need a bit of help losing pregnancy weight

I'm a 25 year old woman, 5ft8, 3 months post-partum and I currently weigh 84.5kg (nearly 10kg more than pre-pregnancy :( )
I've started watching what I eat, and exercising, since new year. I'm doing the 30 day shred, but I've only managed 5 days out of the last 7 as I was very achey having not exercised properly in months. I used to cycle 7 miles a day before pregnancy but that's not an option now as I can't take the baby with me on a bike ride, I can't really make it to a gym regularly either (or afford a membership!)
MFP advises I cut my calories to 1,530 - I've actually been eating around 1,300. I'm part-breastfeeding, my baby has 3 bottles of formula a day and also nurses. I'm desperate to lose this weight but I'm just feeling disheartened. I actually GAINED 1.5lb when I started the 30DS, I've since lost it, but I'm just back where I started! I also feel bloated, the elastic of my bra and pants keep cutting into me and my stomach feels more bloated than ever! Help!!

Hey hon, I'm 9 months pp, and loosing weight to try to combat high blood pressure as my daughter came at 28+0 due to severe pre-e. I'll be honest and say no matter what I did I couldn't shift 1lb until I stopped breast feeding, I'm not sure if this is just because until I stopped I was too tired to exercise properly, but once I did it was like I had a rush of energy and I was walking miles every day with the buggy. I want to start on 30DS again but my little girl doesn't ever seem to nap for long enough. Eventually your body will kick in and you'll start loosing, but I completely understand how disheartening it is when nothing is changing.

My baby is 15 weeks old.My third,I have lost 27 pounds so far(13 kilos)That's just from eating well because I had a c section and I was only given the all clear to work out 3 months after having her.I am doing insanity at the moment. It's my fourth week. That's just because I love it.I have 2 older boys, one 9 the other 2.So it's pretty hard to schedule the time,so I make sure I get up an hour earlier than the kids do.
My advice is not to stress out about it.Hard I know, but if you stress your body holds onto fat more.
I still have 7 kilos left to get back to prebaby weightI put on so much weight this pregnancy,I wasn't allowed to do much while pregs.I plateaued for a month and my weight just wasn't shifting.I had been doing so well after having her.I ate healthy but I wasn't allowed to work out.
Do what works for you.Do what you can.It took 9 months to get to this point,so be kind to yourself and take your time.Be patient. It's easier said than done(trust me I know)I was going nuts not being allowed to do anything.
If going for walks works for you that's something you can do,maybe a home video.Find what fits around you and baby and you'll be close to your goal before you know it.
Good luck and take care.Be positive. You'll do great :)
