Thanks for the info. I do use my wii- Personal trainer so maybe I would like Zumba we. All I know is that I walk away from Zumba feeling tired, sweaty, and SEXY! I know that I have worked it- I just wanna see the numbers :) ! Thanks again!

I am in! Great idea! I would like to lose 20 lbs. Today I have started off with a healthy breakfast and I did 45 mins of Zumba! I will weigh in on Fridays. Until tomorrow...:drinker:

Your weight will fluctuate daily! The best thing to do is weigh yourself at the same time of day-weekly- I like first thing in the morning! Hope this helps! Don't give up!
