Eating! I love food - it's hard to stop myself.
Exercise for me is fun and I love doing it. It's not a chore for me. It's to the point where I don't feel right when I don't exercise.0 -
Exercise. I have to force myself to do it, on a very very rare day I'll be in the mood to do it (probably the days I want pizza :laugh: ).0

Not so much healthy eating but more of eating lesser. I have problems controlling how much I eat, and I tend to eat quite a bit of carbs too.0

Both - in my mind if I'm not working as hard at either then I am failing any goal0

Hands down - it's exercise. Hate it, hate it, hate it. I'd rather not eat or drink than exercise.0

Hands down Exercise. I don't like to sweat .. but I do love walking and yoga. (but not hot yoga)... I do like Barre 3.0

100% eating. I enjoy exercising and have started seeing a personal trainer to hopefully take it to the next level.0
