You should be eating the calories you burn also. Example: given 1200 calories a day+ burn 500 calories=1700 calories to comsume that day.

Do you go to the gym or work out at home? The reason I ask is because you can always bring your books to study at the gym when you're on the treadmill or bike.Can you record your lectures? If so, you can listen to those too instead of listening to music.

As of right now, I am limited to my chair and bed :( I have to keep my leg propped up. It sucks becasue I feel like I can't do anything. By the end of this coming week, I will be able to talk short walks.

I am willing to take any help offered. I feel a little stuck right now. I am close to my goal and have just stalled. It's 100% my fault as I have just let things get in the way. I need to get back on track.

Do you think it could be that your body is just use to what you're doing? Maybe take a week off from exercising then start back up again. The alcohol could definitely be a huge factor too. Those calories add up real fast. Cut out the alcohol for a few weeks and that will probably help too.

Depends on how much I work out. I find that if I burn more than 700 calories during a workout, I have a harder time eating that much extra during the day. If I only burn 200-300, I eat the extra.

My goal is 135 (with a stretch goal of 130). I am surrently at 148.

I was on Lexapro also. It made me feel great, but I gained 15 lbs in the 3 months I was on it.

Try doing a combination of things. Pick 4-5 different things and do each of them for about 10 minutes. Maybe you're just getting bored doing one thing.

I have lost over 50 lbs and have excess skin in my stomach. But I have also had 4 kids. I have been told losing the weight slowly will help with not having so much excess.

I think I am actually addicted to weighing myself. I do it multiple times a day. But I like to see what foods affect me. I only record my weigh ins once a week though.

I did not meet my weight loss goal this year. I was lazy up until about mid May when I found a great support group, and since then I have been doing well. I have lost 56lbs and I am only 17lbs away from my goal. My resolution for this coming year is to lose the last 17 and continue working out and eating right.
