It's official. My HRM is not working correctly. I wet the strap every time, tighten it every time, etc. Today while I was working out, it read 326 for part of my workout and 0 for a good portion. I think I need a new strap. I will try my hubby's tomorrow.

I always wear a HRM because of this very thing. MFP way overestimates in comparison to my actual burn. Mine will not work without proper placement and the straps being wet. My husband thinks my calories burned are accurate based on my HR during my workout but man it's frustrating. I want a huge calorie burn too!! Haha. I'm jealous!!

I am starting first thing tomorrow morning. I will probably make a few of her recipes but I am not much of a cook. Quick and easy for me. I will continue to track every piece of food I eat and plan to stay within my daily calories. I usually eat back my exercise calories. How about you?

2 days left. I am still only down 1 lb. I guess that's what happens when you eat out like 4 times this week!! I wish I would get my shiz together in the eating department. I need some low calorie meal ideas. Any thoughts?

Easiest recipe ever!! Everyone at my office uses this now. *4 or 5 Chicken Breasts *Large can of green enchilada sauce *Can of Green Chilis Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5. Shred chicken and put over rice or tortillas with cheese. YUM.

MFP way overestimates calories especially for women. I do Turbo Jam and it estimates 680+ calories for a 45 minute workout and my HRM says I burn around 320 calories.
