while doing cardio I love "take me away" by 4 strings. While lifting I love "confined" by as I lay dying.

I gag when the pretty boys strut around with out a shirt in front of the mirror right after they get done benching like 135 then going straight for dumbell curls and doing like 1 set before moving on. lol its just awful.

Haha Love it. I will be honest when i get off the bench (starting to happen again) and 10 or so people quickly look away is the best feeling in the world. (knowing that they all are watching you lift). I cant wait to get back to full strength. Also i am glad there are some like minded folks on here. I miss talking lifting…

I feel you. My knees are shot from a life being a lineman and constantly over weight. 1100 pounds on the leg press and I could really feel my age lol. I power lifted in high school. Now I am back at the old routine using it to help lose weight. Bench press: 375 three times atm. havnt set my squat or clean yet. Hope you achieve whatever goal you are after.

For me its celebrating ever pound lost. I weigh in every wednesday morning its awesome to hit my goal every week.
