I'm currently doing intermittent fasting- I eat 500 cals 2 days a week and eat at my maintenance calories for 5 days a week- I do not reduce my calories on my non fasting days. I'm losing 1lb a week on average, slow and steady, which works for me.

I've been taking Acai supplements for about 3 weeks now and I've found my energy levels have increased. As for pooping- I haven't noticed any increase in my toilet activity. I did not start taking it for weight loss, I haven't lost any considerable amounts of weight since being on it.

I wish I had your energy today BC_Babe!I really didn't have much at all, but I pushed through and made it through 55 EZ class! I currently weigh 175lbs and have a heart rate monitor- today doing 55 EZ I burned 503 calories. Tomorrows workout is Fire 45, not one of my favs but i'm determined to get through it! :-)

Wednesday's are usually my rest days (you might not get many check ins today as its the official rest day on the schedule) but as I had a knee niggle yesterday I made yesterday my rest day.
