  • Mkay February 1st. And my start weight for the month is 198. I'm hoping to get into the 180s by the end of the month. For fitness I basically just want to continue working out 5x a week. I also want to become more comfortable jogging on the treadmill so that I can start C25K in March.

  • I have burned 800+ on the elliptical in an hour. I'm not saying it happens regularly but definitely not two hours. It all depends on how hard or fast you are going or what the resistance settings are, and even more the weight of the person performing the exercise.
