I am now wearing a belt with my fav pair of trousers which I used to have to undo when sitting in the car!!!!! Wohooo! Now just waiting for them to fall down to my ankles of their own accord!.........obviously NOT when in public!! ;o) xx

That is really AMAZING!! I bought 30day Shred the other day and 3kg dumbells to do it with! I felt the weight of the dumbells and I know it is going to be hard!! Starting on Monday!!! eeeeekkkk (must remember to take before and after photos!)

Because its right in the middle of the target weight and high weight ranges that articles say is perfect for my height. At 5ft 8, I dont beleive it is possible to get down to the target weight of 10st 4lbs and think I would look too skinny! so 11st (although feels not possible at the moment) seems a bit more achievable.…

Hey! I am 5ft 8 and started at 14st 2lb and am now 13st 9lbs. I am having 1200 as that is what I was advised to do by MFP probably due to the amount I want to lose. I do work out 4 or 5 times a week though so also earn some of those back. I think 1200 is the very minimum you can go to and even though I have only been going…
