I started on Sunday and have done W1 twice so wil do my last one tomorrow, and it'll be my first outdoor run. I'm determined to get through the 9 weeks and have signed up for two 5K events and one 10K before…

I'm starting W2D1 today, never been a runner and my speed is very slow but I'm determined to get to the end of the programme and I've signed up for a 5K at the start of December (12 weeks today) very determined to run the whole thing.

I started this week and I'm trying to concentrate on finishing the runs rather than worrying about my speed, but when I'm joggin on the treadmill slower than the walking speed of the 60yr old next to me it's hard. Oh well just think of the end result a fitter, healthier and thinner me !!!
