If people are around you on a daily basis they dont notice at all...its so crazy my friend lost about 100lbs and i couldnt tell except when i looked at old pics it was so crazy bc i was around her every single day...but people im never around i notice at about 10lbs u can always see it in their face :) GREAT JOB on losing…
