hi mapple feel free to add me. i'm 29 and already i have PTN, the doctor has prescribed medication for it just to keep it under control but i want to change that. i dont want to be able to rely on medication to keep me healthy.

try placing your alarm clock away from your bed. this way you will need to get up to hit the snooze buttom, it's working for me lol

i use the beat of the music to determine my pace, perhaps that may work, otherwise you may want to check your blood pressure.
