Need advice.

Hello,
I am new to this site and new to regularly exercising and eating better! I would like any and all advice anyone has. I just started doing Insanity workout videos. I also walk, I want to add jogging and running soon. I am really score since I haven't worked out in so long. Plus I have been eating 5 times a day, small meals and, tons of water. I feel like I get different advice from everyone. So, if you have advice on foods,how much water to drink, or workout routines etc I would very much appreciate it. Plus you can add me since I only know one person that uses this and could use some encouragement.

    sounds like you have a pretty good start. but one thing i can suggest is dont focus to much on the "5 meal a day plan" its not necessary after all your daily calorie goal is the same weather you eat it in 5 meals or 2, i beleive it is good to spread it out for me it helped me eat less and keep up drinking alot of water

    for working out dont limit yourself to only cardio. if you do only cardio you only burn calories and youll lose some muscle while lifting weights is helpful because its healthy for your muscles and burns more carbs and fat then cardio does
