Sometimes being an adult means doing things that we don't like to do. I hate exercise. But I know it's something that I have to do to stay healthy. Not only does it make me look better, it makes me feel better. That's enough motivation for me. Steph

I do that all the time. I found myself struttin around the house in my cowboy boots and superman underware a few weeks back stopping to strike a pose in front of the mirror. Yep - good thing I live alone! Haahaa!

Yeppers - 40 down and I wear a sweater at work every day. I bundle up at home because I'm too cheap to turn the heat on. Haahaa!

If you're getting this upset over a number, I agree, toss the scale. Or at least hide if and only weigh once a month. Go by measurements or how your cloths fit. Some people stress more on the number and then get all disapointed. Toss the scale if you have to. Just stick with the working out and heating healthy!

I don't always have time to set aside for an hour - hour & half for a work out. I take some of the work out's from P90X and some from Jillan Michaels and do what works for me. Suck it up ButterCup. Eat breakfast and like it! Damn it! I'm kidding - kind of. You'll get use to eat. You don't have to eat right after you wake up. I usually eat 2+ hours after I get up on week days. I don't like exercising. I do it anyways.

Who really cares about what anyone else thinks about what's in your cart. Really. Does it matter. They aren't the ones that are eating it. You are. You're the on that is trying to healthy.

Stop obsessing. Weigh your self once a week. Be honest with your food, portion size, water intake, and exercise and you'll lose weight. Period.

Almost every day. Unless something comes up where I can't squeeze it in.

I create my own exercises and use my heart rate monitor to get my calorie burn. Not eveyone works out as hard as the next person so DVD's like that can vary widely from person to person. If you don't already use a HRM I highly suggest you save your pennies and get one. Steph :flowerforyou:

Haahaa - check out my signature! Also I try to pop some gum and wait at least 20 minutes before I give into a craving. They usually pass by then and I forget about it. If I'm at home I'll brush my teeth. If neither of those work, then I have 1/4 or 1/2 of what ever it is that I'm craving - or a healthy version of it.
