I try to work out or do some type of physical activity every day. If I can't make a day here or there I don't stress about it. I'm 5'9" currently 134-140 depending on what scale I'm on. About a size 4 in jeans and dresses.

I have a couple pieces of fruit a day. Usually an apple for breakfast and a clementine or some fruit salad from the salad bar. I will eat more veggies than fruit because of the sugar. I tend to hold more belly fat the more sugar I eat. I don't think that it has held me back from losing weight over all. Steph

I found a store brand organic peanut butter that is awesome. The only ingredient in it is peanuts. Healthy fat and calories. I personally try to find foods that have the fewest ingredients in them. After all, you are what you eat...

Ab Ripper X (part of P90X) Any Jillian Michales videos Jogging Crunches, leg lifts, sit ups, planks. And of course, anything cardio that will burn the fat away.

Can you eat nuts? Avocados? Those are two high calorie items that might help out. Also, almond milk, fruit juices. Not sure about the Kosher part of those items....

I'm in your shoe. Just had toe surgery a week ago. It's hard to find something but I would suggest a boxing work out where you can get your cardio from throwing punches. When I wore my HRM I would take my heart rate as often as I could. Not just the start and end, but at least every 5 minutes. Good luck.

My first suggestion is getting off the phentermine. You don't need a pill to lose weight. When I first started I thought that I was having an issue eating all of my 1200 calories too - then I started exercising. Now I have 1490 and find it hard to stay under that. I eat a Quaker Weight Control oatmeal packet and an apple every day for breakfast and it keeps me full for hours. I would suggest upping the fiber and protein. Steph

I don't use them and I have never seen anyone in class wearing them either. Unless your feet sweat really really bad, I don't know that there is a need for them...

I got a new blender. I can not make creamed soups, protein shakes, lots of yummy things! I can't wait to use it. And gift cards to buy new cloths! Thank God! I need some!

cut into medalians, I do a dry rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder. Then I let it soak in Merlot wine for 1/2 hour to hour - then grill to your doneness. (Yes, we grill in Wisconsin in winter)
