Most grocery stores you can ask for the information and they can print it out for you. That's what I have found with the grocery stores around by me. I think they are like any other chain or fast food, if they have so many locations they have to provide that for you. I say - just ask!

I am a huge foodie! This is one of the only stations that I watch. It inspires me to make something like they are - but healthy - and still tasty! I love food - and it doesn't have to be bad for you to taste good.

It will come. I just did my first 5k with out stopping - I ran the whole thing. A year ago I smoked, I never thought that I would be able to do it. It will come. Just keep at it - keep pushing - and try it - try putting a little extra giddy up in your step - you never know...

Agree 100% - stay accountable for everything that you eat. You'll find out that sometimes it's really not worth eating that junk any more. You'll take the extra time and energy to go to the grocery store or a healthier fast food option.

As long as you are a healthy person, extra protien isn't a problem. If you do a search on the boards there are a ton of posts on this. I go over in protien all the time.

I'm real sorry that you feel that way. I know for me to took me getting real honest with myself - weighing my food, journaling EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth for me to see where I really was at. I would love a place like that! I too have thought about opening a place like that. But I have never cooked in a restaurant setting before. That and I would have to find the $$ backing for it.

Like any meat, in moderation it's fine and it depends on how you prepare it. I like my lamb chops grilled.

Trust me - I know! My life revolved around drinking. You can still be at the bar or be out socializing with out drinking. Diet Tonic with a lime is what I do. Or water with a lemon. Still 'looks' like you're having a drink. Sometimes it makes it easier! Good Luck!

Egg beaters in a tortilla with some salsa. Maybe some turkey breakfast sausage. (Not sure how many calories are in those, I don't eat them but they sound like they would go well in that!) Or whole egg in place of the Egg Beaters

Have you tried changing up your work outs? Doing something different?

Up your exercise and eat your exercise calories if your base is 1200.

If you want to do some yoga, check out your cable tv - they might have some free ondemand yoga that you can do. I would only suggest a longer stretch today before your cardio - but I find that if I don't work out the soreness gets worse on day two and day three. I usually push thru it! Good luck. Yeppers - It also helps when you are eating healthy food, it's usually food that is higher in protien and fiber instead of the crap we use to eat that was all fillers and fat.

I think that eggs are cheap. I say toss 'em. If you need to use them, smear them in your hair. Let them sit for a while and rinse off. I use the whole egg unless it calls for just the whites (where it wont turn out if you use the whole egg).

I also vote for big purse option. Take some almonds, or some dried fruit. Low cal popcorn, edamame, other veggies.

I haven't had any of them in months. So high in sodium! I am trying to not do packaged meals when possible. I figure home cooked is the way to go for me. But when I did eat them, the Healthy Choice steamer Beef Merlot was my favorite. Pretty good as far as boxed meals go.

If you're right handed, eat with your left. Or vice versa. Set your fork down between bites. Make them bites and not mouth fulls. Sit down at a table to eat.
